I've been with Abatto since August 2020. I can only say positive things about the employer.At Abatto you are valued as an employee, and you get respect and recognition. I have been with the company internally for almost a year and a half and can only speak positively. The managing director always has an open ear, even if you have something privately, it is dealt with very understandingly here. Working hours are absolutely appropriate and the working atmosphere is very relaxed. In summary, one can say that it is a very familiar, correct and fair company in which I can well imagine growing old.

With Abatto as an employer, I did everything right. The treatment is fair, the communication works smoothly and quickly. And of course the payment is good and on time. Here you have planning security and are taken seriously and perceived as employees and people 👍🏻.Only recommended as an employer.

ABATTO is by far the best employer you can imagine. You are valued as an employee and shown respect. In the event of any problems or questions, the ABATTO team is always on hand and gives the employee the feeling of being taken seriously. Communication is straightforward and excellent. I can only recommend ABATTO as an employer to anyone who wants to receive adequate remuneration for their performance and work in nursing without being exploited. I am very happy to have taken the step of hiring a temporary employment agency - it was absolutely worth it!

I did an internship at abatto and am very satisfied! I got a good insight into the professional field in the two weeks, that is unfortunately not always possible with many internships. The employees are very friendly and have integrated me correctly into the workflow - I should not only bring coffee here and shred papers.The atmosphere at abatto is familiar, with openness and trust conveyed to you.I can only recommend abatto!

Wie wir alle wissen wird die Pflege sehr schlecht bezahlt, dabei ist das so eine harte Arbeit.Abatto ist endlich eine Firma die diese Arbeit würdigt und entsprechend bezahlt, und das beste ist , man muss sich nicht mit der schlechte Firmenpolitik in den Häusern auseinander setzen, den man ist frei von jeglichen Diskussionen die da täglich stattfinden über zu wenig Personal und schlechten Arbeitsbedingungen. Von all das ist man frei wenn man für Abatto arbeitet.Also sei schlau und kommt zu uns 💪

Since 01.02.2019 I am working for the company abatto GmbH (intern) and I have to say that I am so glad to be part of the team. I was previously employed by various employment agencies and abatto you can not compare at all. Unfortunately, I had previously had the experience that temporary workers are treated unfairly, quite differently here at abatto. The atmosphere is very informal. Dealing with the external and internal staff is just great. I personally can the company abatto as an employer with a clear conscience recommend.

Sehr zu empfehlender Arbeitgeber. Habe kaum einen halben Monat gearbeitet und bekam schon einen Lohnvorschuss gezahlt! Ganz tolles Team und sehr persönliches und vertrautes Arbeitsklima. Ich darf sogar selbstbestimmt kündigen und wieder einen neuen Vertrag nach meinen privaten Erledigungen anfangen! Beste!!!
